We put human experience at the center of the strategic priorities. We identify policy and data sharing hurdles essential to outcomes measurement and achievement. This leads to a holistic and actionable plan supporting the place based outcomes vision. 

The Third Sector Fundamentals We convene regional and national cohorts of agency leadership, philanthropic and provider partners. We faciliate a selected network organizations and institutions working toward similar goals. Our cohorts are curated around a selected theme and include a combination workshop convenings and virtual training sessions. Workshops include panels from leaders in the field and, offers working-sessions to compare notes and troubleshoot common challenges across place-based teams. Cohorts provide motivation and support to leaders across jurisdictions because they are not constrained by their own “status quo” and are able to jointly identify creative ways to implement federal, state, and local funds.

We help to gauge grantees' readiness for outcomes funding frameworks. Through our analysis, we generate insight and possibiliites to strengthen the impact of grant dollars, capacity, and advocacy.

We delve into specific grantee sustainablity opportunities including outcomes contracting and various public funding streams. We help to envision sustainable growth with a population and place-based focus. We work with grantees to set in place actionable plans, to test funding concepts in the marketplace, and to enact demonstration pilots.
