Webinar: Performance Metrics and Incentives in Outcomes Contracting
This webinar addressed two key components of outcomes-oriented contracting: performance metrics and incentive structures. How agencies and providers measure progress toward outcome goals and what incentive structures reward providers that meet or exceed performance metrics are essential to improving outcomes. Drawing on detailed case studies from Third Sector's experience in Northern Virginia and King County, Washington, participants examined how contract components can be designed to fit the needs of the contracting parties and the communities served.
