Nora is a Manager based in Brooklyn, NY.
Prior to joining Third Sector, Nora worked at a tech startup, Mathison, where she helped design and develop tools for organizations to track and improve their DEI strategies. Before Mathison, she worked at the nonprofit Pro Bono Net, where she supported a national network of state and city legal aid providers and was responsible for driving improvements on the LawHelp platform. Nora developed partnerships and helped to scale the TechHire initiative while at Opportunity@Work, a social enterprise working to expand access to tech jobs and rewire the labor market.
Nora graduated from Georgetown University with Honors in Philosophy and a minor in Computer Science. There she participated in the Prisons & Justice Initiative and the Beeck Center for Social Innovation.
