Molly is a Manager at Third Sector based in Brooklyn, NY.

As a teen, she began working as an early childhood teacher’s aide, which inspired her to pursue a career grounded in education and public service. Molly has 12 years of experience managing projects and programs across for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Before joining Third Sector, she pursued her graduate degree while working at Blue State, where she managed digital strategy and fundraising projects for nonprofit clients. She completed stints at The Tent Partnership for Refugees and Columbia University’s Center for Public Research and Leadership, where she studied K-12 policy and consulted on projects for philanthropic clients focused on education reform.

Prior to these experiences, she spent seven years in the education technology industry, overseeing interdepartmental social impact and racial justice programs, managing marketing and communications initiatives, and leading partnerships with nonprofit, foundation, and corporate partners.

Molly earned an MPA from Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at NYU, and B.S. in Communications from Cornell University, where she minored in marketing and education.
