Before joining the team as a Senior Associate, Jason worked with diverse nonprofit organizations across Chicago. He began his career at an immigrant and refugee rights advocacy organization, supporting programs that informed community members about the citizenship application process, DACA, VAWA, and other recent policy decisions that might affect them.
More recently, Jason has worked for a Federally Qualified Health Center, coordinating projects with state government, community organizations, and statewide legal groups to improve access to healthcare and other services. He recruited and trained community health workers to better connect clinicians with marginalized communities and improve the clinic's quality of care across the state of Illinois.
Jason received his B.A. in International Politics from Rhodes College with a concentration in Latin American studies.
