Dre is Third Sector's Manager, Partnerships & Project Development, primarily supporting the Economic Mobility and Early Childhood practice area teams. They have spent their career supporting educational equity initiatives in Washington, DC, from federal advocacy to direct service organizations. A graduate of Bard College, Dre was part of a small team responsible for opening Bard High School Early College DC in partnership with DC Public Schools, whose inaugural 9th grade class graduated in 2023. Most recently, Dre served as Director of Development with After-School All-Stars DC, a chapter of the largest network of out-of-school-time program providers in the nation.
Outside of work, Dre helps organize a direct cash assistance mutual aid project in DC and can otherwise be found cooking, playing the drums, and spending time in nature with their dog, Tiffany.
