Danielle is Third Sector’s HR Manager based in the Boston office. She supports various internal functions including recruitment, benefits administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, and talent and professional development processes. She also leads a team of Third Sector staff dedicated to enhancing Third Sector’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our internal processes.
Danielle originally joined Third Sector as a Project Management Co-op supporting internal systems improvement efforts through a partnership with Northeastern University, where her studies focused on social enterprise and business management. After providing direct support for feasibility assessments for potential Pay for Success projects in a full-time role following graduation, she shifted her focus to internal firm building. Prior to Third Sector, Danielle led Northeastern’s Room to Read organization, a collegiate chapter of the international non-profit of the same name that focuses on girls’ education and children’s literacy around the world. She also helped develop a new course offering at Northeastern entitled “Innovation for Social Change,” where she supported students as they developed proposals to tackle pressing social challenges.
Danielle graduated summa cum laude with University Honors Program distinction from Northeastern University with a B.A. in Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Entrepreneurship/Innovation.
