Marcia joined Third Sector's Advisory Board in 2023.
Marcia is a social justice advocate and leading practitioner of organizational change. Her work, in partnership with Foundations, Nonprofits, and Philanthropic Service Organizations alongside Grassroots and Grasstops leaders, shifts paradigms to create cultures where intersectional equity is centered. She brings a depth and breadth of experience that fuels her passion for moving individuals, organizations, and systems away from conventional frameworks towards bold engagement and action that is a catalyst for sustainable change. Marcia currently supports over 60 organizations in the application and practice of the Equitable Evaluation Framework™. She holds a Ph.D. and MSW from Boston College School of Social Work. An academic, published writer, keynote speaker, and executive coach, Marcia resides in Rhode Island.
