Webinar: Maximizing Impact through Outcomes-Oriented Contracting, presented to the 2Gen Policymakers Institute at Ascend at the Aspen Institute on February 7, 2018
This webinar addressed several key components of outcomes-oriented contracting, including: different types of incentive structures that can be employed through an outcomes-oriented contract; how to consider inputs, outputs, and short- and long-term goals when prioritizing outcomes to measure; and guidelines surrounding the types of projects that could be candidates for outcomes-oriented contracts. The webinar also offers detailed case studies of Third Sector projects that have employed outcomes-oriented contracts in different ways.
