As a Manager in Third Sector’s San Francisco office, Tim delivers strategic advisory, feasibility assessment, and project construction support for government, nonprofit, and philanthropic clients. Tim’s current work centers on running the Administrative Data Pilot competition, a partnership with Stanford University funded by the Social Innovation Fund designed to support local governments in accessing and deploying administrative data to improve program outcomes. Tim is also leading a team constructing a project in San Diego, CA designed to improve employment outcomes for veterans with service-connected disabilities through training and case management services.
After completing a Masters of Public Policy degree at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy, Tim began his career working for Mathematica Policy Research, conducting qualitative and quantitative research in such issue areas as home visiting, K-12 education, pre-K, among others. Subsequently, Tim attended the University of Vermont’s Sustainable Innovation Masters of Business Administration (SI-MBA) program, focusing on triple-bottom-line business strategy, and completed several consulting engagements for major multi-national corporations centered on environmental impact and inclusive business. Tim also holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont, graduating magna cum laude with a double major in economics and sociology.
