Tasha is an Associate in Third Sector’s San Francisco office. Tasha brings years of experience in the international development and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining Third Sector, Tasha was a Kiva Fellow in Latin America, and provided technical and advisory support to microfinance institutions across Costa Rica, Guatemala and Peru. In addition, she evaluated and measured the impact of microloans through stakeholder interviews and surveys. Tasha was previously at Oxfam America, augmenting fundraising efforts from institutional donors and developing a gender justice framework for funding streams. Before joining Oxfam, Tasha was an English teacher in Spain and researched the student movement for educational equality in Chile.
Tasha attended St. Lawrence University and has a B.A. in Spanish and sociology, with a focus on the intersection of education and inequality in Latin America.
