Sheba is a Director in Third Sector’s San Francisco office. She supports government agencies and their partners in applying data insights and community voice to system changes. Prior to Third Sector, Sheba led user research and testing to design a new service that will help New York City residents clear the City’s 1.1 million open warrants.
Sheba is currently leading the Better Careers Design Group (BCDG): four teams of California government agencies and community-based organizations applying human-centered design principles to co-design workforce development solutions for their local areas.
Sheba graduated magna cum laude from Temple University with a B.A. in Communications and earned a Master of Public Administration from New York University Wagner School of Public Service.
