As a Director in Third Sector’s San Francisco office, Sheba delivers feasibility assessments, technical assistance, and project construction support to government, nonprofit, and philanthropic clients. Sheba is currently working on the Administrative Data Pilot, a partnership with Stanford University funded by the Social Innovation Fund designed to support local governments in accessing and deploying administrative data to improve program outcomes.

Prior to joining Third Sector, Sheba supported a variety of social good projects and partnerships, including applying user-centered design methods to improve public services at Reboot and coordinating a nonprofit board recruiting and training program at Cause Strategy Partners. In her multi-sector experience, she has also guided communications strategies for nonprofit and real estate companies and led account management teams at a finance firm.

Sheba graduated magna cum laude from Temple University with a B.A. in Communications and earned a Master of Public Administration from New York University Wagner School of Public Service. At NYU Wagner, she directed the 2017 Social Innovation Symposium and led the Students for Criminal Justice Reform, which won the NYU President’s Service Award.
