Raul is an Associate based in Chicago. Prior to joining Third Sector, Raul worked as a planning analyst for the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA), where he utilized geospatial analysis for the agency’s research and evaluation projects.
Raul graduated with a B.A. in Urban Planning from San Francisco State University and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Urban Planning and Policy at the University of Illinois, Chicago. Raul’s previous work with CHA and the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing revolves around his passion to leverage data to produce equitable affordable housing policies and programming for historically marginalized communities. In his spare time, Raul enjoys playing video games and hanging out with his dog, Lilo.
