Kristel serves as the Managing Director of Business Development at Third Sector and is based in the firm’s Boston office. Kristel's practice areas include economic mobility, family well-being and health services. Kristel leads Third Sector's business and relationship development with $10+ Million annual revenue. She is a senior advisor to organizations seeking to enhance outcomes orientation in funding streams and organizational capabilities. She also oversees several of our teams working on the Empowering Families initiative supporting multiple state and local agencies in connecting infant and early childhood care, education, and family support services. Our projects seek to include families as the center of service design and delivery while leveraging data to continuously learn in the progression towards family and community outcomes.
Prior to joining Third Sector, Kristel spent nineteen years with Accenture Strategy and has deep experience in analytics, project management, and business development. Kristel's experience includes leading all phases of growth strategy development, human centered experience design and implementation across a range of industrial, technology, bio-technology and health care firms.
Kristel received an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management with a focus on organizational strategy and customer behavioral analytics. She also holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Wellesley College where she served as a House President and the Residential Judiciary Chair.
