Jeff is a Manager in the Boston office. He delivers feasibility assessments, technical assistance, and project construction support to government, nonprofit, and philanthropic clients.
Before joining Third Sector, Jeff worked as an analyst at Abt Associates, an international research firm, in the Social and Economic Policy division. At Abt, he contributed to program evaluations for foundations and the federal government. Jeff also worked closely on implementing pilots of new interventions, including a national demonstration of data-driven tools to increase students’ college enrollment and persistence.
Jeff holds a Master in Public Policy degree from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, focused on evidence-based policy, quantitative analysis, and improving government performance. His thesis focused on how state governments can overcome barriers to making their workforce development systems more outcomes oriented. Jeff graduated summa cum laude from the Honors program at Boston College with a B.A in international studies and a minor in economics.
