As a Manager in Third Sector's San Francisco office, Jake delivers technical assistance and project construction support to government, nonprofit, and philanthropic clients. Currently, Jake focuses on the firm's engagement with the County of Santa Clara, helping to design and oversee the construction of a Pay for Success project intended to improve outcomes for severally mentally ill adults. While at Third Sector, Jake also helped to construct and launch the first Pay for Success project in California, Project Welcome Home, a partnership between the County of Santa Clara and Abode Services intended to increase housing stability for over 150 of the County's most vulnerable, chronically homeless individuals. Jake joined Third Sector in 2014 through the AmeriCorps New Sector Residency in Social Enterprise (RISE) Program. Prior to Third Sector, Jake worked as a consulting analyst in New York City where he helped analyze and design executive compensation programs and co-authored a report assessing the linkages between performance and shareholder voting patterns amongst S&P 500 companies. Jake graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service with a B.S. in International Politics and an honors certificate in International Business Diplomacy.
