As a Director in Third Sector’s Boston office, H. Kay delivers feasibility assessments, technical assistance, and project construction support to government, nonprofit, and philanthropic clients.
Prior to joining Third Sector, H. Kay worked at Civic Consulting Alliance, a public sector consulting firm in Chicago, where she led a project to redesign Cook County Central Bond Court in order to promote fairer bond-setting. H. Kay also spent five years on the operations and programs teams of the Partnership for Inner-City Education, a nonprofit school management organization in New York City. There, she trained and coached school-based Operations Managers to streamline the business aspects of running elementary schools. She also managed the six Partnership Schools’ after-school and scholarship programs.
H. Kay graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Middlebury College with a B.A. in English literature and religion and holds an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with a concentration in Finance. At Kellogg, H. Kay graduated Beta Gamma Sigma, was selected as the McGowan Fellow for ethical business leadership, and was recognized as a Youn Impact Scholar.
