Aurelle is a Director in Third Sector’s San Francisco office. Aurelle leads teams in collaborative engagements with social-services agencies, service providers, and local communities looking to align public resources, services contracts, and data systems with meaningful life outcomes for our nation’s most vulnerable individuals.

Aurelle’s outcomes-oriented work focuses on assisting California state and local governments in improving mental health services contracts. Aurelle is currently leading Third Sector’s engagement with LA County’s Department of Mental Health (DMH), helping the agency re-design $200M+ of outpatient Full Service Partnership mental health services contracts, with the goal of better measuring and contracting for meaningful outcomes. Aurelle also provided subject-matter expertise to LA County DMH as they built innovative cross-agency contracts with LA County’s Department of Children and Family Services and Department of Public Health, working to break down traditional silos in serving families and children. Aurelle is also leading a cohort of California counties in implementing a data-driven approach to mental health services, building on LA County’s groundbreaking mental health work.

With a passion for government, social impact measurement, and impact investing, Aurelle has also provided thought leadership to impact investors and community development stakeholders working on implementing new federal Opportunity Zone tax credits.

Prior to Third Sector, Aurelle previously worked in the Securities & Finance practice of NERA Economic Consulting in New York City. At NERA, she conducted analyses and wrote expert reports for use in litigation and regulatory investigations, with a special focus on cases involving financial derivatives such as credit default swaps and collateralized debt obligations.

Aurelle graduated summa cum laude from New York University with Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Sociology and a minor in French, and has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
