Melissa Penney

Melissa serves as Third Sector's Director of Operations. She oversees the systems and processes required to deliver client services, support our staff, and manage the daily operations of the firm. Melissa has over 15 years of experience in nonprofit administration including roles with Teach For America, Massachusetts Service Alliance, and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She holds a B.A. from Bates College and an MSW from Boston University School of Social Work.
